Why Tour with Wild Tasmania Tours?

  • Comfortable Secluded Accommodation – we get it, hostels aren’t for everyone, and so our accommodation is a mix of shared and private accommodation outside of the hostel world – think lakeside lodges, bush cabins and beach bungalows. We offer motel accommodation for our 2 Day Cradle Mountain Tour and comfortable secluded accommodation for our 4 Day Wild Tasmania Tour. Booking options include private rooms with private or shared facilities or multi-share rooms (two to four people per room) with shared facilities. 
  • Wilderness and Wildlife focus – We have designed the tours with wildlife in mind, stopping a specific locations for wildlife and we stay in secluded accommodation to increase the chance to see wildlife in Tasmania. 
  • Flexible Cancellation Policy – You’re on holiday, relax! We offer free cancelation up to 72 hours before departure (for direct bookings). If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible to allow others to book.  
  • Small Group Tour Tasmania – when we say small group tour, we mean it! With a maximum of 13 people, you get to experience the full benefits of each destination – less crowded hiking trails, shorter wait times and more time spent enjoying what Tasmania has to offer.
  • Hiking Based Tour – we aim to do the bigger and most famous hiking trails while visiting Tasmania’s icons. Rest assured there are often easier walks available depending on your fitness level or if that’s what you prefer. We offer a range of guided and self-guided walks depending on group dynamics.
  • Hobart to Hobart – no need to worry about organising your own return transport.
  • Great Reviews – We are well known in Tasmania and online for our 5-star reviews on all our tours around Tasmania.

G,day! I’m Trent – Founder and Lead Tour Guide of Wild Tasmania Tours. Wild Tasmania Tours is a family owned and operated business, and I’m glad you’re here ready to explore what Tasmania has to offer. I’ve been guiding tours across Australia since 2011 – from Western Australia to the Northern Territory,  Queensland and everywhere in between – before settling down and calling Tasmania home. I have a passion for guiding and showing off my home town to those who venture down to the island state. All Wild Tasmania tours are created to make sure you see all the highlights while getting out into the fresh Tasmania air. I work with local businesses and accommodation providers and continually assess and improve all aspects of my tours to provide you with the best experience.
