Group size?

We offer small group tours – when we say small group tour, we mean it! With a maximum of 13 people (plus a guide), you get to experience the full benefits of each destination – less crowded hiking trails, shorter wait times and more time spent enjoying what Tasmania has to offer.

We travel in a modern, comfortable air conditioned minibus with a luggage trailer.

Type of tour we offer?

We offer nature based based tours focusing on hiking and wildlife– we aim to do the bigger and most famous hiking trails while visiting Tasmania’s icons. There are often easier walks available depending on your fitness level or if that’s what you prefer. We offer a range of guided and self-guided walks depending on group dynamics. Our tours visit national parks for nature based sightseeing and wildlife spotting. We stay in secluded locations allowing us to see wildlife in their natural habitat.

Difficulty of walks on tour?

Walks range in difficulty, there are often (but not always) both hard and easy options. Walks range from 20 minutes to 4 hours and are optional. Track conditions vary considerably, from boardwalks, steps, rocks, mud, sand, gravel or paved paths. Some walks are guided, while others are unguided (free walking). Guides provide you with options on the walks allowing you to choose a walk suitable for your fitness level and interest. If you are unsure about your fitness level, choosing shorter walks will allow you to take more time while the rest of the group completes a more challenging option.

Tour start and finish location?

Our tours are Hobart city to Hobart city – no need to worry about organising your own return transport back to Hobart.
